The Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service executed a search warrant Tuesday, October 7th, in O’Brien, regarding an illegal marijuana grow site.
During the execution of the warrant, approximately 300 marijuana plants and 300 pounds of processed marijuana were seized and destroyed. Additionally, three firearms were seized on scene.
The property also had multiple electrical, water, and solid waste code violations.
45 year old Aaron Cletis Johnson and 49 year old Bi Yun You were taken into custody and lodged in the Josephine County Jail on charges including Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
