According to a Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office press release, a search warrant was served on Monday, May 12th. by Del Norte County Sheriff’s deputies at an address on Murphy Ave. in Crescent City.
During the execution of the search warrant, 24 firearms, approximately 9 pounds of marijuana, numerous boxes of ammunition, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized.
39 year old Crescent City resident, Jack Pelletier, was taken into custody and booked in to the Del Norte County Jail on various charges including, prohibited person from possessing ammunition, prohibited persons in possession of a firearm and possession of a destructive device, all of which are felonies.
