Del Norte County Sheriff’s deputies contacted a known subject identified as 19 year old Samuel Bigler, of Crescent City on Saturday, May 24th.
Bigler, who had previous outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants was taken into custody after deputies found a flare gun loaded with a shotgun shell in his possession.
He was booked on the outstanding warrants as well as prohibited person in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, and possession of an improvised gun.
