HERE WE GO!!!!!

Tonight, Friday, September 6th, Hwy. 101 rivals the Gold Beach Panthers will travel to Bruins Stadium tonight for the football season opener for both teams.

BHHS varsity head coach Shaun Bavaro will bring his high energy Bruin team to the field tonight as the Bruins host GB Panther varsity head football coach Kevin Swift and his Panther team tonight in Brookings at 7:00pm.

The Bruins, under second year head coach Shaun Bavaro, have changed the culture of their program under his tenure, and tonight will put those changes to the test.

Coach Kevin Swift will be fielding a program that just a few weeks ago was struggling to put a team on the field.

However, Coach Swift has enjoyed tremendous success with the Gold Beach football program in the past, and will undoubtedly bring a “Coach Swift” team to the stadium tonight.

The stands will be packed tonight as Gold Beach Panther and Bruin Fans anticipate a great game.
