Mostly Cloudy Skies and Cooler Temperatures May Be Bringing Changes

The high pressure system that had established itself off the coast begins to break down with partly to mostly cloudy skies increasing as as the work week progresses with changes expected later in the week.

Southwest Oregon and northern California are forecast to see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies to start the week with early morning lows starting in the upper 40’s, dropping to the low to mid 40’s as the week progresses and highs falling from the upper 70’s to the mid 50’s by mid week.

Along the coast, high pressure begins to weaken early in the work week bringing a very slight chance of showers possible starting as early as Wednesday evening with temperatures continuing to cool into midweek. Lows are expected to be in the low to mid 40’s with afternoon highs only reaching the mid 50’s.
