Detectives with the Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team along with Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a 19-year-old man Saturday, May 31st, for selling cannabis to middle school aged juveniles.

The suspect, identified as 19 year old Jake Eugene Cunningham, of Medford, is charged with one count each of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful delivery of marijuana.
Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team detectives observed Cunningham selling marijuana to juveniles in the Rogue Valley Mall parking lot on Saturday afternoon, May 31st.
After receiving information that Cunningham was selling cannabis and black market “Dab” vape pens to juveniles as young as 11 years old, the Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team began their investigation, revealing that Cunningham was setting up drug deals with juveniles through Instagram and Snapchat.
