After a weak weather system rolls through the region early in the work week, temperatures are expected to warm under mostly clear skies as high pressure returns by midweek.
Inland areas are forecast to continue seeing sunny skies with moderate afternoon highs early in the workweek before high pressure returns midweek. Afternoon highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 80’s to low 90’s and morning lows are forecast to be in the mid 50’s.
Partly cloudy skies will start the work week along the coast before mostly sunny skies and warm afternoon temperatures return midweek. A morning marine layer along the immediate coast is expected to continue with afternoon highs are expected to reach the upper 60’s to low 70’s, with morning lows cooling to the upper 40’s.
