A search warrant was executed by the Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team on Thursday July 17th, at an address on Rockydale Road, in Cave Junction, regarding an illegal marijuana grow site.
With the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Agency, United States Marshals Service, Rogue Area Drug Enforcement, and the United States Postal Inspection Service, more than 3,600 marijuana plants were seized and destroyed during the execution of the warrant.
The property also had multiple electrical, water, and solid waste code violations that could result in the civil forfeiture of the property.
The primary suspects were not on scene during the time of the search. If located, they will be charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
