On Tuesday, November 18th, deputies from the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on a Crescent City area motel, taking into custody 24 year old Jonathan Brandon Gokey.
Gokey, an already convicted Sex Offender, admitted to being in communication with a known juvenile female for purposes of meeting for sex.
Numerous electronic devices were seized pursuant to the search warrant.
Gokey was booked into the Del Norte County Jail for contact with a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense.
