After a Fast Moving Weather System Passes, Partly Cloudy Skies Start the Workweek with Changes for the Holiday

A fast moving weather system passed through the region with localized showers late Sunday evening leaving partly sunny skies and relatively mild temperatures Monday into midweek before another low pressure system moves onshore late Tuesday with rain Wednesday and into Thanksgiving.

Inland areas can expect to see localized areas of dense fog starting Monday morning clearing to partly cloudy skies after noon. Rain is forecast Wednesday, continuing into Thursday with afternoon highs in the low to mid 50’s with lows forecast to be in the mid to upper 30’s into midweek.

Along the coast, after the weather clears from Sunday evenings rain, partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies are forecast to begin the week with areas of fog and a morning marine layer along the immediate coast. Rain is expected Wednesday, with temperatures forecast to be in the mid to upper 50’s for highs, with morning lows in the low to mid 40’s.
