Air Stagnation Advisories with Mostly Sunny Skies into Midweek to Start Work Week Weather

Air Stagnation Advisories start the weather work week off across much of southern Oregon as a system circulating off the central California coast pushes weather systems to the north while circulating unstable air into the area from the south and east.

Valley areas are forecast to see partly cloudy skies with localized early morning fog accumulating in some areas. Temperatures will be cold with lows dropping into the very low 30’s, with highs getting up to the mid 50’s by mid-week.

Coastal areas are forecast to have a very low possibility of precipitation from a weather system to north that may extend to the southern Oregon region. Partly cloudy skies and a slight northeast breeze will keep temperatures very mild in the area, with high temperatures reaching the mid to upper 50’s by midweek, with lows in the mid 40’s.
