An investigation was conducted by Curry County Sheriff’s Deputies regarding criminal activity at a residence in Harbor on May 22nd.
Deputies seized approximately 46 grams (1.6 ounces) of suspected Methamphetamine and 9 firearms during their investigation
Additional stolen property related to a recent Burglary was also seized and further investigation revealed that one of the seized firearms was stolen, others had obliterated serial numbers and two had been illegally modified.
On Monday, June 1st, the Curry County Sheriff’s Office reported that two individuals had been arrested, the first being 57 year old Charles Killian, arrested for Unlawful Possession, Manufacturing and Delivering Controlled Substances, 9 counts of a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Theft 1 By Receiving and Probation Violation.
50 year old Tamara Gastonguay, was also arrested for Unlawful Possession, Manufacturing and Delivering Controlled Substances, 9 counts of a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Theft 1 By Receiving.
As the investigation continues, additional charges may be referred.
