District Athletic Director, Buell Gonzales, Jr. has been asked by the Caterer who cooks for the Fire Fighters to help him move his operation from the Port in Harbor to the new site on Pedroli Lane, 3-4 miles further south. The caterer will be donating money to the Athletic Programs that help. He is estimating that he will need 50-60 helpers.
After the fire fighters have breakfast, the caterer has offered to provide breakfast at 8am. Because of parking and the chaos down at the Port everyone will transport via school bus down to the Port to help break down and load. The buses will then pick up and transport to the Pedroli site to help unload and set up. The caterer will then provide lunch, and the busses will transport back to Azalea.
The bus will load at 7:45am in front of the Azalea Gym. Please park at the Azalea MS Parking lot or at the church across the street. Breakfast will be at 8:00am then start breaking down and loading. Everything should be done by 1pm.
Tough times reveal character, and when the rubber meets the road this community consistently reveals the qualities of a champion!
