Bruins Continue to Win going into Final Games

Jess Beaman and his Bruin boys varsity soccer team continue to dominate teams since their controversial tie against the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarch just one week ago.

The Bruins took on the now 4-3 North Bend Bulldogs on Saturday, defeating the Bulldogs 5-0, they then faced the 2-3 Glide Wildcats and shut them out 8-0 and finally met up with the Douglas Trojans defeating them 8-0 also.

As the season progresses, the Bruins seem to be gaining confidence and have been able to work on specific parts of their game in game time situations when these score become so advantageous early in games.

The Bruins will be on the road this Thursday as they travel to Roseburg to make things right against the now 5-0-1 Umpqua Valley Christian Monarch’s.
