On Monday, CalTrans released an update to delay schedules over this Memorial Day Weekend. CalTrans will be suspending 2-hour delays for Friday, May 28th through Monday, May 31st, however, motorists can continue to expect 30-minute delays and one-way traffic control on U.S. 101 south of Crescent City.
Outside of the holiday weekend, the Last Chance Grade work schedule will remain unchanged. Motorists can continue to expect 2-hour delays scheduled to continue from 9:00am to 11:00am, 12:00pm to 2:00pm, and 3:00pm to 5:00pm, on Fridays from 9:00am to 11:00am and 12:00pm to 2:00pm, and motorists should anticipate 30-minute delays outside of these hours.
