CHP Seeks Public’s Help in Deadly Hit & Run

The California Highway Patrol is currently seeking the public’s help in obtaining any information that can assist with the investigation into a fatal hit-and-run traffic collision.

The collision occurred on July 29, 2018, at approximately 8:45 p.m., on Lake Earl Drive near Bay Meadows Road. It involved an unknown make/model vehicle, and a bicyclist. Tragically, the bicyclist lost her life due to the injuries she suffered as a result of this collision, and the driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has information regarding the hit-and-run driver or the vehicle is urged to contact the California Highway Patrol, Crescent City Area at (707) 464-3117 with any information you may have.
