Fast Moving Weather System to Move Through Region with Another System Late Sunday

Another weather system is forecast to impact the region after a brief break in precipitation before the weekend. This fast moving system is expected to bring rain with localized heavy rain as it moves over southern Oregon before another round moves in late Sunday.

Inland rain is forecast through Thursday morning, clearing to partly cloudy skies by afternoon with areas of dense morning fog before another weather system moves in late in the weekend. Temperatures will remain cold with early morning lows in the mid 30’s and afternoon highs reaching the upper 40’s to low 50’s.

Isolated showers are forecast to continue along the coast clearing Thursday afternoon with a possibility of another round of precipitation Friday as another system is expected Sunday. Temperatures along the coast will see lows in the low 40’s with highs getting into the mid 50’s.
