The concern for flooding is for mainly small creeks, streams, culverts and urban areas. In addition to moderate to heavy rain, there is a chance of thunderstorms late tonight into Saturday morning which could produce locally higher rainfall rates which could increase the risk for flooding.

The exact scenario for flooding remains uncertain, and though there is some uncertainty, the counties listed above are most likely to receive the largest rainfall totals.
