Low Pressure Developing Off the West Coast Forecast to Bring Rain for Most of the Work Week

A trough of low pressure developing off the west coast is expected to bring rain beginning Sunday and continue well into the work week with rain forecast everyday this with chances of localized heavy precipitation this work week as the low pressure system is expected to stall off the coast.

Inland areas can expect patchy localized fog, showers and rain everyday this week with chances of precipitation decreasing as the week progresses. Temperatures will be in the low 40’s for lows with afternoon highs getting into the mid to upper 50’s.

Coastal areas will see significant chances of heavy precipitation as the low pressure system moves across the area through out the work week. Morning lows will be relatively warm in the upper 40’s to low 50’s with highs in the upper 50’s to low 60’s.
