Meth, Heroin, Crack, Cocaine, Marijuana and LSD Siezed

On Monday, March 30th, the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Major Crimes Detectives, assisted by Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Patrol, with the Oregon State Police and the Rogue Area Drug Enforcement Team served a Search Warrant at the residence of 55 year old Curt Julian Gobar, in Josephine County.

A handgun, stolen during a burglary where 21 handguns were stolen in January of 2019 was recovered. Additionally, 34 grams of Methamphetamine were seized as well as 18.6 grams of Heroin, 8.4 grams of “Crack Cocaine”, 2.9 grams of powder Cocaine, a small amount of LSD, 27 pounds of Marijuana, $2,600 in US Currency, and a shotgun.

Gobar was lodged at the Josephine County Jail on multiple charges including Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Theft I by Receiving, Unlawful Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Distribution of Cocaine, Unlawful Manufacture of Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of Cocaine, Unlawful Distribution of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of LSD.
