Mostly Clear Skies and Cool Temperatures in Work Week Forecast

After a weekend of what some would say was perfect weather, both in the valley and on the coast where temperatures reached the mid to upper 80’s, high pressure will keep skies mostly sunny. However, as the week progresses, the high pressure system we have been enjoying will begin to weaken and usher in the cooler fall temperatures we would expect in mid October.

Temperatures in the valley will be much cooler across the area in the beginning of the work week with temperatures in the low to mid 70’s early in the week and cooling to the high 60’s by mid week with lows in the mid 40’s at night and as low as the upper 30’s by mid week.

On the southern Oregon and northern California coastal areas temperatures are forecast to be almost 20 degrees cooler than enjoyed over the week end with temperatures in the upper 60’s early in the week and the mid 60’s by mid week with lows in the low 50’s.
