Rain to Forecast to Continue Through Mid Week

A significant low pressure system continues to spin off the Oregon/California coast circulating powerful localized rain into the area. The low pressure is expected to slide to the south after inundating northern California and prompting flood warnings for much of the weekend.

Chances for rain inland are forecast through the week with a Wind Advisories issued by the National Weather Service for Monday. Temperatures are expected to remain mild with early morning lows in the low 40’s and afternoon highs reaching the upper 50’s.

Significant chances for showers are expected to continue on the coast to start the work week, continuing into mid week with mild temperatures along the coast in the mid to upper 40’s for lows, and highs getting into the mid 50’s.
