Search Warrant Leads to Guns, Meth, Tar Heroin, and Fentanyl

A year-long investigation resulted in the execution of search warrants at two Coos Bay residences of an alleged local illicit drug supplier Friday, September 15th, by the South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team.   

During the investigation, 31 year old Coos Bay resident Geoff L. Feinman was identified by the South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team as a significant narcotics supplier in the local area, and as s a result, a search warrant was applied for and granted at the two locations.  

On Friday morning, September 15th, both search warrants were served simultaneously at at 9:00am to prevent the destruction of evidence and reduce the chance Feinman would elude capture as he frequents both residences.  

As a result of the search warrant, Mr. Feinman was located and arrested at the Coos Bay residence and multiple items were seized from the two locations including, 200 grams of methamphetamine, 100 grams fentanyl, cocaine, 80 grams of tar heroin , 2 firearms, 100’s of rounds of ammunition, scales, suspected powdered fentanyl, 50 M-30 fentanyl pills, brass knuckles and an extendable baton.  

31 year old Geoff L. Feinman of Coos Bay was arrested and transported and booked into the Coos County Jail on multiple charges including Unlawful Manufacture of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Distribution of Heroin, Unlawful Manufacture of Fentanyl, Unlawful Possession of Fentanyl, Unlawful Distribution of Fentanyl, Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of Cocaine, and Unlawful Distribution of Cocaine. Additional charges are expected.
