Early Friday morning, just after 3:00 am, officers with the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety responded to a 911 call of a report of a disturbance. As officers were responding, it was reported there was a firearm involved.
Officers arrived on scene and located two deceased males and detained and interviewed one male who was involved.
After further investigation and interviews, Trevor Gilmore has been arrested and lodged at the Josephine County Jail on the charges of the Aggravated Murder of Christopher Lyon, 42, and Justin Scott, 38, as well as the Unlawful use of a Firearm. Both were allegedly shot and killed outside Harbeck Village Apartments around 3:00 am.
This case will be referred to the Josephine County District Attorneys Office for review.
