Low pressure off the California coast is expected to bring chances of rain across much of the region going into the weekend with gusty winds and chances of brief localized downpours and thunderstorms before another cold low pressure system from the north moves in Saturday with widespread showers expected through the weekend.

Inland areas are expected to see partly cloudy skies before clouds increase into Thursday evening with rain forecast into the weekend before another cooler low pressure system moves into the region with rain through the weekend. Afternoon highs will end the week in the mid to upper 50’s, with lows forecast to be in the low to mid 40’s.
Along the coast, rain is expected as early as late Wednesday evening with possible thunderstorms into the weekend with another system pushing colder air over the area starting Friday with rain forecast through the weekend. Highs are expected to be in the low to mid 50’s, with lows forecast to be in the mid to upper 40’s.
