Very early Thursday morning April 14th, Grants Pass Police Officers were summoned to the In-N-Out Burger at the intersection of Northeast 7th St. and Morgan Ln. regarding a vehicle that had crashed just before 1:45am.
First responders arriving on the scene observed a silver Honda Civic that had left the roadway, striking the In-N-Out Burger sign.
Following a thorough investigation, 41 year old Raul Ortiz, who had been the driver of the vehicle, was arrested and lodged for suspicion of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
No injuries have been reported.
