The victim reported the alleged incident in the first weeks of November alleging that Anderson forced or persuaded the 16-year-old girl to engage in “a commercial sex act.” He also is charged with allegedly raping the victim and it is also alleged that during the commission of these offenses, he administered drugs to the girl during the incident.

Anderson was previously convicted of sex trafficking a 16-year-old girl in Humboldt County in November 2014. He served just 3 years of his 9-year sentence and was released last March 2018.
