Search Warrant Yields Over One Pound of Cocaine, Digital Scales, a Handgun, and Over $30,000 Dollars

The Rogue Area Drug Enforcement Team, executed a search warrant late Thursday morning at an address on West Harbeck Road.  

At approximately 10:30am, Thursday morning, with the assistance of the Oregon State Police Southwest Region Drug Enforcement Section and the Drug Enforcement Administration, over one pound of cocaine, digital scales, packaging material, a handgun, and over $30,000 dollars in cash and assets were seized during the execution of the search warrant.  

The search warrant was related to the seizure in mid May of over one ounce of Cocaine, a digital scale, packaging material, two handguns and the arrest of 22 year old Chance Cannon Calaustro, for felony Attempted Distribution of Cocaine, felony Possession of Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Calaustro’s arrest led to the subsequent search warrant at the West Harbeck Road location.  

Arrested Thursday morning for felony Manufacturing and Possession of Cocaine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Marijuana was 34 year old Robert Matthew Garland during the execution of the warrant Thursday morning at the West Harbeck Road location.

Garland was subsequently lodged at the Josephine County Jail on charges of felony Possession of Cocaine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Marijuana.
