On Thursday, August 24th, two arrests were made by Del Norte County Sheriff’s deputies after a vehicle was stopped traveling backroads in Gasquet, California.
A vehicle with two occupants was spotted by local Law Enforcement after traveling through back roads during the evacuation of Low Divide and made their way down Gasquet Mountain Road and onto Hwy 199.
A firearm, narcotics and stolen property from a residence were found during the arrest and search of the suspects vehicle.
Misty Croan was arrested during the traffic stop conducted by deputies and Jose Perez, the second suspect fled the area but was apprehended shortly after.
Both suspects are being held at the Del Norte County Jail on multiple charges.
