Hwy. 101 Flooding Forces Bruin Basketball to Reschedule Games with Coquille

The Brookings-Harbor Bruins boys and girls basketball teams both had their games scheduled for Wednesday, January 17th, in Coquille due to weather conditions, flooding, and intermittent road closures reported on Hwy.101 just outside of Langlois.

Both the Bruin boys and girls have been on the road for their past two games, traveling to St. Mary’s in Medford and Rogue River High in Rogue River, with the boys going 1 and 2 with a win in Rogue River, and the girls getting both wins decisively against the Lady Crusaders and Lady Chieftains.

The Bruins will finish the week at home with the Bruin girls hosting the 1-3 Lady Trojans to start the action Friday night at 5:30pm, and the boys taking on the 5-0 Douglas Trojans in the main event with tip-off at 7:00pm.
